Nicola Zingarelli Literary Prize held in Cerignola despite severe weather

The 18th edition of the Nicola Zingarelli National Literary Prize in Cerignola proceeded successfully despite severe weather conditions. An unexpected water bomb made the outdoor area of Palazzo Fornari impassable, but organizers quickly relocated the event to the building's conference hall.

The ceremony featured musical performances by the V. Di Savino Musical Band and the Don Puglisi-Pavoncelli White Voice Choir. The event, hosted by journalist Rosaria Albanese, included theatrical interpretations of award-winning works by Antonella Cirillo, Daniele Cifaldi, and the Cerignola Theater Laboratory. Additionally, Laura Amoroso presented a thesis dedicated to Zingarelli, produced with historical-scientific contributions from Motus.
