Nicolae Stanciu may return to Romania's Superliga with U Cluj

Romanian international midfielder Nicolae Stanciu is considering a return to the Superliga after his tenure in China with Dalian Yingbo. Reports indicate that U Cluj is a primary suitor for the 33-year-old, with club officials maintaining contact to prepare an offer.

Stanciu has reportedly expressed interest in remaining with the Cluj-based club even after his professional playing career concludes. Negotiations regarding his transfer are expected to advance following the conclusion of the Chinese season.

In addition to Stanciu, U Cluj is also monitoring defender Andrei Burcă, who is currently playing in China for Yunnan Yukun and whose contract expires at the end of December. Stanciu has enjoyed a successful period in China, recording 11 goals and 4 assists in 25 matches for Dalian Yingbo.
