Nicolas Aube-Kubel signs with KHL's Dinamo Minsk

Nicolas Aube-Kubel has agreed to a contract with KHL club Dinamo Minsk for the 2026-27 season. The move comes after the forward was unable to secure a new NHL contract following a split season between the Minnesota Wild and their AHL affiliate, the Iowa Wild.

Aube-Kubel, 30, is a former Stanley Cup winner who was part of the Colorado Avalanche championship team in 2022. His recent season in North America saw limited NHL action, consisting of six appearances and two assists.
