Nicole Fürntrath takes leadership of Vienna real estate group

Nicole Fürntrath has assumed the chairmanship of the Real Estate and Asset Trustees specialist group within the Vienna Chamber of Commerce (Wirtschaftskammer Wien). She succeeds Michael Pisecky, who led the group for 14 years.

The official handover took place during the Vienna Real Estate Day at Palais Auersperg. Fürntrath, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry and manages Homebase Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH, intends to focus on creating reliable frameworks for real estate agents, developers, and property managers.

Her leadership priorities include addressing challenges such as the revitalization of new construction, renovation, decarbonization, and the integration of new technologies within the real estate sector.
