Nicole Kidman debuts first Pieter Mulier Versace look at Practical Magic 2 premiere
Nicole Kidman made a significant fashion statement at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Practical Magic 2’, wearing the first public design from Pieter Mulier’s tenure as creative director of Atelier Versace. The actress wore a black lace gown featuring a plunging neckline, an asymmetrical high-low skirt, and a matching lace choker, creating a ‘witchy’ aesthetic aligned with the film’s supernatural themes.
This appearance serves as an early preview of Mulier’s creative direction for the Italian fashion house, as his official runway debut is not expected until 2027. The look follows Kidman’s appearance at the film’s London premiere, where she wore a sea foam green Chanel gown.
Co-star Sandra Bullock also attended the premiere, opting for a black velvet Louis Vuitton dress with a plunging neckline and exaggerated collar. The event marks the return of the original cast members for the sequel to the 1998 film.
