Singer and actress Nicole Scherzinger broke down in tears after learning she would be awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The emotional moment was captured in an Instagram video where she watched a TV broadcast announce the 2027 inductees, reacting, "Why did they call my name? I'm not getting a star? Wait, I’m getting a star?" Her fiancé, former rugby player Thom Evans, comforted her and affirmed she deserved the honor.

Scherzinger expressed gratitude on Instagram, writing, "Dreams really do come true. I am receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! I can hardly believe it, I am overwhelmed and so grateful."
