Nicoli Center inaugurated in Ghisalba

The Nicoli Center, a new 57,000-square-meter commercial and logistics hub, has been inaugurated in Ghisalba. The project involved the redevelopment of an abandoned area along Strada Francesca, which was transformed through a partnership between the municipality and the Nicoli company.

Approximately 45,000 square meters of the site are dedicated to production and commercial functions. The commercial section, spanning about 8,200 square meters, hosts several retailers including McDonald’s, Conad, OVS, Dm, Action, and One Fashion. The opening of these commercial spaces has generated over 100 new jobs in the area.
