Nicolo Tresoldi undecided on Italy or Germany senior international future

Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi has not yet made a final decision regarding which nation he will represent at the senior international level. The 22-year-old, who was born and raised in Italy but moved to Germany as a teenager, remains eligible to play for both Italy and Germany.

Reports indicate that Tresoldi is expected to continue his current trajectory with the Germany U21 squad for the time being. Germany U21 coach Jurgen Klopp stated that the federation is not placing pressure on the player, noting, “We want to simply show him the opportunities and perspectives.”
