Nicosia Half Marathon to support shipwreck victims' families

The 14th Nicosia Half Marathon is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 25. Organized by the Nicosia Turkish Municipality (LTB) in collaboration with the TR Athletics Federation and sponsored by Ülker, the event will run under the slogan “Running from heart to heart.”

Proceeds from this year's marathon will be donated to support the families of those who lost their lives in the shipwreck off the coast of Kyrenia on August 30. LTB President Mehmet Harmancı noted that the event aims to promote healthy living and foster a running culture within the community.
