Nidderau youth orchestras to hold joint ‘Klang Vereint’ concert

Five regional youth orchestras are collaborating on a unique musical project titled ‘Klang Vereint’. The participating ensembles include Blasorchester Nidderau e. V. (BON), Stadtkapelle Bad Vilbel, Musikzug Niederissigheim, Musikverein 1905 Ober-Wöllstadt e. V., and the music department of SU Nieder-Florstadt e. V.

Conceived by Luna Leipold, the initiative brings together over 100 musicians to perform a shared program of ten works. The repertoire features popular melodies such as ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, ‘Music from Aladdin’, ‘The Greatest Show’, and ‘Shut Up And Dance’.

Christoph Degen, State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry for Science, Research, Art and Culture, is serving as the project's patron. The joint concert is scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM in the Nidderau Culture and Sports Hall, with free admission.
