Niederösterreichische Versicherung announces leadership changes
Niederösterreichische Versicherung (NV) has announced several leadership changes to ensure management continuity. CEO Stefan Jauk is scheduled to transition to the Raiffeisen sector in May 2027, though he will remain responsible for the company's strategic and operational leadership until then.
As part of the transition, Thomas Wild will join the executive board on November 1, 2026, pending approval from the Financial Market Authority. Wild has been with NV for over 20 years and currently leads the insurance technology department for claims and accidents. Additionally, Ludwig Schleritzko will join the company on November 1 as General Proxy Holder for Sales, with plans to eventually transition into the role of Sales Board Member by the end of 2027, subject to regulatory approval.
Stefan Wukovitsch will step down from his board mandate on October 31, 2026, to pursue new professional opportunities. Supervisory Board President Franz Raab and CEO Stefan Jauk described these decisions as early strategic steps to secure long-term stability.
