Hon. Engr. Rodney Ambaiowei, the APC candidate for the Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency, paid a courtesy visit to Chief Pastor Reuben. He thanked the pastor for his grassroots mobilisation of support for the party and asked for continued backing ahead of the forthcoming general elections. Ambaiowei, who is seeking a second term in the House of Representatives, highlighted the impact of the Pastor Reuben Initiative on party unity in Bayelsa state.

Ugo Ferdinand Ukwueze, chairman of Igbo‑Eze South Local Government Area in Enugu State, won the APC ticket for the 2026 local council elections. After his emergence, Ukwueze praised the overwhelming support from party members, expressed gratitude to Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, and pledged to advance grassroots development and responsive governance if elected.
