Nigeria Customs Service moves to streamline Tinapa Free Trade Zone

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Zone ‘C’ held a stakeholder workshop in Port Harcourt to streamline operations and enhance trade facilitation within the Tinapa Free Trade Zone. The session involved customs officials, the Nigerian Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA), and licensed agents.

Officials emphasized the importance of the zone for Nigeria’s economic development and the need for transparent trading environments to attract foreign investment. Participants were urged to adhere to the Nigeria Customs Service Act 2023 and specific regulatory requirements to minimize disputes and operational delays.
