Nigeria to Host Third Expatriates Business Awards in Abuja
Nigeria will hold the third edition of the Expatriates Business Awards (TEBA) on 20 August 2026 at the Rotunda Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja. The ceremony will be co‑hosted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu‑Ojukwu, and the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, serving as the Special Guest of Honour.
The awards aim to recognise the contributions of expatriate investors, foreign missions, international organisations and migrant communities to Nigeria’s economic growth, job creation and technology transfer. Organisers say the event highlights the importance of economic diplomacy and seeks to strengthen bilateral and multilateral relationships that support sustainable development.
