Nigeria to switch national football kit supplier from Nike to Adidas in 2027
Nigeria has confirmed it will switch its official kit manufacturer from Nike to Adidas starting in 2027. This transition marks the end of a partnership with Nike that began in 2015.
Following the announcement, concept designer Márcio Baldino unveiled a proposed design for the Super Eagles' 2027–28 away kit. The concept features a white base with intricate green, black, and grey geometric patterns inspired by traditional Nigerian textile motifs. The design includes the Adidas Trefoil logo, a polo collar, and elements reminiscent of 1990s football aesthetics.
