Nigerian Air Force promotes domestic violence prevention and family welfare
The Nigerian Air Force has launched initiatives aimed at improving the welfare and conduct of its personnel and their families. Following a three-day family summit held at the 455 Base Services Group in Kano, Group Captain Mohammed Borgu urged personnel to prevent domestic violence and uphold high standards of responsibility both at work and within their homes.
The summit provided spouses and children with training in entrepreneurship, financial management, mental health, and parenting. Religious leaders and experts also addressed the importance of family sanctity and the necessity of mental health awareness to manage service-related pressures.
