Nigerian Breweries and Beta Glass post profit gains

Nigerian Breweries Plc reported a profit after tax (PAT) of N7.52 billion for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2020, a 4.3 % increase over the previous year, and announced a dividend of 50,000 naira per share.

Beta Glass Plc announced a PAT of N7.85 billion for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, confirming the company's continued resilience and a strong balance‑sheet position despite broader market challenges.

Both companies, key players in Nigeria’s manufacturing sector, highlighted ongoing profitability amid the lingering effects of the COVID‑19 pandemic and a generally volatile economic environment.
