Nigerian DJ Cuppy Reveals Daily Marriage Proposals

Florence Otedola, the Nigerian disc jockey and entrepreneur known as DJ Cuppy, told Marie Claire that she receives marriage proposals every day, adding, “I get marriage proposals every day. And I’m not even talking about fans.” She linked the attention to her grandmother’s frequent questions about marriage and joked that she uses new academic certificates to deflect them.
