Nigerian sisters achieve dual First Class Honours in UK

Two Nigerian sisters living in Corby, United Kingdom, have both graduated with First Class Honours in the same academic year. Stephanie Offor studied mechanical engineering at the University of Leicester, while Isabel Offor graduated from Nottingham Trent University’s Faculty of Law and Business.

Stephanie previously won the Goldsmith Prize 2025 for her work during a placement year and is scheduled to begin a role as a manufacturing engineer with Caterpillar. Isabel was one of only 11 students in her cohort of 47 to achieve First Class Honours at Nottingham Trent University. Observers noted the rarity of achieving such high honors in two distinct, rigorous disciplines simultaneously.
