Nihon Falcom releases Kyoto Xanadu demo

Nihon Falcom has released a playable demo for its action RPG, ‘Kyoto Xanadu -Ouka Genbu-’. The demo is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.

The demo covers approximately five to six hours of gameplay, spanning from the prologue through the end of the first chapter. It features the game’s unique ‘dual dimensional battle’ system, which switches between 2D and 3D action, as well as school life mechanics and exploration of the Xanadu labyrinth.

Players can transfer their save data from the demo to the full version of the game to continue the story from the second chapter onwards. While the demo includes core features equivalent to the full release, downloadable content (DLC) is not available in the trial version.
