Nihonshu Genka Sakagura launches limited-time yuba buffet

Nihonshu Genka Sakagura has announced the return of its limited-time “Handmade Yuba 3-Hour All-You-Can-Eat” plan. The promotion will run from September 6 to September 30, 2026, at the Ikebukuro Nishiguchi and Tanimachi Yonchome locations.

For 980 yen, customers can enjoy freshly made yuba (tofu skin) for up to three hours, with a limit of 15 guests per day. The plan allows diners to enjoy the yuba simply with soy sauce or customize their experience with a selection of three seasonings for an additional 500 yen.

Customers can also transform the meal into a soy milk hot pot by adding a set containing chicken, leeks, enoki mushrooms, and cabbage for 870 yen. The establishment also offers various 3-hour all-you-can-drink options featuring sake from across Japan.
