Niigata launches oO MINAMO to support female entrepreneurs

S-Innovation Co., Ltd. has launched ‘oO MINAMO’ in Niigata, a new project designed to support female entrepreneurs and foster regional innovation. The initiative aims to create a co-creation community that assists individuals from the early idea stage through to business growth.

Rather than acting as a traditional entrepreneurship school focused solely on business plans, MINAMO functions as a community and acceleration program. It provides opportunities such as study sessions, mentoring by experts, customer validation support, and networking with investors and financial institutions. The project seeks to build a cycle where individual challenges inspire further entrepreneurship, ultimately contributing to local employment and the resolution of regional social issues.
