Niigata Soba Fair to be held in Ginza

The Ginza Niigata Information Center, THE NIIGATA, will host the Tokamachi New Soba Fair on November 7 and 8, 2026.

As part of the event, Echigo Tokamachi Kojimaya will conduct live soba noodle making demonstrations and offer tastings of fresh new soba. The venue will also feature local sake tastings from Uonuma Brewing, alongside special corners showcasing various products and sake from the Tokamachi region.
