Niimi High School to host VTuber and eSports career education

As part of the ‘Machi Superchat Project,’ uyet Inc. is organizing a special career education session at Kyosei High School in Niimi, Okayama Prefecture. The event, scheduled for September 16, features two VTubers and one professional eSports player providing lectures to students in the school's eSports club.

The program aims to teach students about professional opportunities within the streaming and gaming industries, focusing on career development and the technical skills required for digital broadcasting. The project is designed to connect the VTuber fanbase with local regions, promoting regional revitalization and increasing awareness of local areas through digital content.

Kyosei High School, which has operated an eSports club since 2014, views these activities as a way to prepare students for the Society 5.0 era by utilizing digital technology and communication skills to contribute to their local community.
