Niina Suzuki to graduate as ‘Music Station’ sub-MC

TV Asahi announcer Niina Suzuki has announced her graduation from her role as the seventh sub-MC of the music program ‘Music Station’. Her final appearance in the role is scheduled for September 18.

Suzuki joined TV Asahi in April 2022 and began her tenure as sub-MC on October 7, 2022. Over her four-year period on the program, she participated in several major specials, including four ‘Music Station SUPER LIVE’ broadcasts. Reflecting on her time with the show, Suzuki expressed gratitude toward the artists, staff, and viewers, noting that the program was a place where professionals “bring their light together” for live performances.

She also shared personal anecdotes regarding her professional growth and her rapport with the main host, Tamori. The identity of the eighth sub-MC will be announced at a later date.
