Japan hosts diverse cultural and commercial events through late 2026

Various cultural and commercial events are scheduled across Japan for late 2026. In Shinjuku, the Yunika Vision and Shinjuku MOA Center Vision will host special broadcasts for Nijisanji VTubers and the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure anime series.

Nijigen no Mori in Awaji Island is hosting several themed experiences, including an Attack on Titan collaboration with new merchandise and a Dragon Quest Island event featuring glow-in-the-dark monster crafts for the autumn season. The park will also participate in the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair (Kyomaf) 2026 to sell original goods.

Food and industry events include the Vietnam Food Festival 2026 at Shiba Park, the Vietnam Festa in Kanagawa, and the Ramen Industry Exhibition in Tokyo. Additionally, the logistics sector will see a decrease in railway freight volume for May 2026, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

In the creative sector, Vook will host the VIDEOGRAPHERS TOKYO ONLINE 2026 conference in October, focusing on the impact of generative AI on creators.
