Nijigen no Mori to launch Godzilla prequel puzzle attraction

Nijigen no Mori, an anime park on Awaji Island, has announced a new immersive puzzle attraction titled ‘Godzilla Interception Operation before the mission’. Scheduled to begin on September 18, 2026, the experience serves as a prequel to the existing ‘Godzilla Interception Operation’ attraction.

Participants act as new recruits for NIGOD, tasked with searching for hidden data regarding Godzilla’s behavioral characteristics left behind by a missing researcher. By utilizing clues from photos and newspaper articles, players aim to complete missions and earn exclusive original novelties.

The park also features the established ‘Godzilla Interception Operation’, which includes a 120-meter life-sized Godzilla theme, ziplines, and shooting games. Additional themed offerings include the ‘Kaiju Land’ collaboration rooms at Grand Chariot Hokuto Shichisei 135°, which feature decor inspired by classic Toho kaiju films.
