Nijisanji debuts new music VTuber unit RhyZyGy
ANYCOLOR Inc. has announced the debut of a new music-focused VTuber unit, RhyZyGy, within its Nijisanji group. The unit consists of two members: Taiga Kaminaga, a violinist, and Ryuichiro Yamada, a composer and pianist.
Their activities are set to begin with a relay-style debut stream on August 28, 2026. The schedule includes individual streams for Kaminaga at 20:00 and Yamada at 20:30, followed by a ‘Music Relay’ event featuring music-related videos. The unit's debut song, ‘Like an Explosion’, is scheduled for a music video premiere at 21:30 on the same day, with a digital release following on August 29.
Commemorative merchandise, including acrylic stands and voice packs, will be available through the Nijisanji official stores starting August 28. Physical retail availability through Animate is also planned for late August.
