Nike launches two Air Force 1 special editions – Family Reunion and MTA tribute

Nike announced two new Air Force 1 variants that honor the sneaker’s cultural legacy. The “Family Reunion” edition, slated for release in fall 2026, will feature a premium leather upper, embroidered branding and commemorative packaging that highlight the model’s long‑standing influence on streetwear and music.

The “Air Force 1 MTA” edition draws inspiration from New York City’s subway system and the iconic MetroCard, using a taupe suede upper and design details that reference the city’s transit experience. Both releases aim to celebrate the shoe’s heritage while offering collectors distinctive styling cues.
