Nike to release Gore-Tex and Vibram Air Force 1 winter models

Nike is expanding its winter-ready footwear lineup with new iterations of the Air Force 1 featuring Gore-Tex waterproofing and Vibram outsoles. The upcoming release includes the Air Force 1 Low Gore-Tex Vibram in a ‘Baroque Brown’ colorway, characterized by a deep brown leather upper, black Swooshes, and ribbed laces.

To maintain the integrity of the Gore-Tex membrane, the traditional perforations on the vamp are replaced with indents. The shoe features an aggressive Vibram rubber outsole for enhanced traction, incorporating University Red and yellow branding. Additionally, the Air Force 1 Mid will receive the Gore-Tex and Vibram combination for the first time. These models are expected to release during the Fall/Winter season with an estimated price point of $150.
