Nikšić resident Bosiljka receives humanitarian aid

Bosiljka, an elderly woman living in the village of Rudine, has received significant humanitarian assistance following media attention regarding her living conditions. After decades of living alone, she has been provided with food, firewood, a television, and a water pump to prepare for the winter.

The humanitarian organization Porijeklo, based in Chicago, funded the installation of new windows and doors to protect her home from moisture and cold. Additionally, nearly 4,000 euros were raised through the Donor foundation to support her needs. The Nikšić Red Cross continues to monitor the situation of socially vulnerable families in the municipality.
