Nikkei Computer releases 2026-2027 IT vendor satisfaction survey results

Nikkei BP has released the results of the ‘Nikkei Computer Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026-2027’, evaluating IT vendors across 19 categories. The survey saw significant shifts, with leaders changing in eight different sectors, including security products and cloud infrastructure (PaaS). Conversely, ten sectors saw repeat winners, such as Obic Business Consultants in the ERP category, which has held the top spot for eight consecutive terms.

Specific companies achieved notable recognition: WingArc1st secured first place in the data analysis and utilization platform sector for the fifth consecutive year, while Sony Network Communications ranked first in the network services category. Additionally, Otsuka Corporation took the top spot in the newly integrated system operation-related services category.

In separate industry news, Sony Bank received a special award at the ‘IT Japan Award 2026’ for its successful transition to a cloud-native, microservices-based core banking system using AWS. Meanwhile, the conditioning brand TENTIAL reported significant growth in customer lifetime value (LTV) and ROAS after implementing the ‘Ligla’ LINE marketing tool to enhance personalized customer experiences.
