Nikken Gakuin to broadcast Real Estate Broker Exam results via YouTube LIVE

Kensetsu Shiryo Kenkyusha, the operator of the qualification support school Nikken Gakuin, has announced it will host a YouTube LIVE broadcast on October 18, 2026, to provide rapid answer reports for the 2026 Real Estate Broker Exam (Takken Exam).

Starting at 16:15 on the day of the exam, the broadcast will feature real-time analysis of all 50 questions and provide estimated passing scores. The service aims to offer insights into which options most examinees selected and identify questions where answers were widely divided.

Additionally, the company will offer a web-based scoring service from October 18 to October 19, allowing examinees to receive results via email based on Nikken Gakuin’s proprietary answer keys. A booklet containing the exam questions, explanations, and general reviews will also be available to applicants in late November.
