Nikola Jokić records preseason triple-double in Denver victory

Nikola Jokić demonstrated strong preseason form for the Denver Nuggets, recording a triple-double with 22 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in just 26 minutes of play during a 133-128 victory over the Chicago Bulls. Despite playing only three quarters, Jokić’s performance was central to Denver’s comeback after trailing by 15 points.

Off the court, Jokić has been named a global brand ambassador for Sprite, joining fellow NBA star Anthony Edwards. This partnership aligns with Sprite’s role as an official global partner of the NBA.

In recent media discussions, Jokić shared his ‘Mount Rushmore’ of basketball legends, selecting Bill Russell, Michael Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, and Stephen Curry. Additionally, preseason rankings from CBS Sports placed him third in their top 100 players list for the upcoming season, trailing Victor Wembanyama and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
