Nikolas Bradram family criticizes police after suicide
The family of Nikolas Bradram, a former banker and descendant of Princess Katherine of Greece and Denmark, has criticized the Metropolitan Police following his death by suicide. Bradram was arrested in June for his alleged involvement in the ‘Putney pusher’ case, an incident occurring nine years ago where a jogger was pushed into the path of a bus on Putney Bridge.
Bradram’s sisters, Alexia Hicks and Sophie Volker, stated that he had offered to fund a private DNA test to prove his innocence. The family has characterized the police investigation as ‘negligent’ and ‘careless,’ alleging that he was improperly linked to the crime through a single witness testimony. Bradram was found dead in his West London home in Chiswick.
