Nikoleta Lozanova and Nikolay Mihaylov sell Bistritsa properties

Nikoleta Lozanova and Nikolay Mihaylov have sold all three houses in their Bistritsa real estate project for a total of 1.6 million euros. The sale was reportedly made to businessman Veselin Borisov.

Despite the sale, reports indicate the proceeds were insufficient to cover the debts accumulated during construction. The couple reportedly faces remaining debts exceeding 1 million euros, involving four bank loans and private creditors from Ruse and Plovdiv.

The original plan was to sell two houses to fund the construction of a third home for the family, but the project's concept changed after low buyer interest and rumors regarding groundwater and flooding issues. The project gained public attention through the reality show ‘Domat na mechtite’ (House of Dreams) aired in May 2025.
