Nikos Hardalias marks three years as Attica Governor

Nikos Hardalias, the Governor of the Attica Region, marked the third anniversary of his electoral victory with a statement emphasizing public accountability. Reflecting on his tenure since winning the October 2023 elections with 46.75% of the vote, Hardalias stated that “the trust of citizens is not a blank check,” describing it instead as a daily obligation and a continuous responsibility.

Hardalias highlighted the progress made during his administration, noting that over 352 projects and interventions have been implemented across the Attica region. He expressed a commitment to addressing remaining issues and focusing on the needs of local neighborhoods. His stated political philosophy aims to promote unity and cooperation, prioritizing the common good over partisan divisions as he looks toward the region's development goals for 2030.
