Nila Spaces partners with DreamSpan for sleep-tech integration

Nila Spaces has announced a partnership with DreamSpan to integrate intelligent sleep, recovery, and bedroom-environment technology into its residential developments. The collaboration aims to combine wellness-focused residential design with DreamSpan’s environmental sensing and sleep-tech solutions.

The initial phase involves a ₹25 crore integration across the Vida and Prana developments. At the Prana development in GIFT City, DreamSpan technology will be integrated into every bedroom to complement biophilic design, natural light, and clean-air systems. The partnership is intended to serve as a foundation for a broader adaptive health ecosystem covering areas such as brain health, metabolism, gut health, and cellular aging.

The initiative follows data indicating significant sleep challenges in India, including a reported 51.4% prevalence of sleep disorders and an average sleep duration of 5.77 hours among study participants.
