Nilax announces seasonal buffet menus and themed food fairs in Japan

Nilax Co., Ltd. has announced several seasonal menu updates and special themed events across its buffet restaurant locations in Japan, effective September 17, 2026.

Key offerings include a new grilled menu featuring beef steak, cheese-filled hamburgers, and crispy fried chicken at select locations. Another promotion introduces a Taiwanese food fair, featuring items such as Malatang, xiaolongbao, crab rice, and Lu Rou Fan, running through December 2, 2026. Additionally, a limited-time Shine Muscat course will allow customers to enjoy unlimited grapes alongside buffet dishes until September 30, 2026.

Other seasonal updates include autumn-themed dishes like smoked duck, pumpkin gnocchi, and grilled mackerel rice, as well as specialty desserts such as French toast with chestnut ice cream.
