Nilax to open three Pertica Italian restaurants in Chiba and Kanagawa

Nilax, a subsidiary of Skylark Holdings, is expanding its Italian resort-themed restaurant chain, Pertica, with three new locations opening in late 2026 across Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures.

The new branches include the Funabashi store in Chiba, scheduled to open on August 31, 2026, followed by the Yokohama Sugita store in Kanagawa on September 14, and the Kamakura store in Kanagawa on September 28.

Designed to provide a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere, Pertica offers experiential dining options such as garden salad pizza finished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and customizable Genovese sauce. The restaurants also feature an ‘Imperial Drink Bar’ offering unlimited drip coffee, espresso-based lattes, various teas, and flavored sodas.
