Nilesh Ojha to submit digital evidence in Disha Salian case

Nilesh Ojha, the lawyer representing Satish Salian, has stated that digital evidence and pen drives containing eyewitness testimony are being prepared for submission to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the Disha Salian case.

Ojha claims that a High Court order has already clarified approximately 80 percent of the investigation's aspects and contains ten points that challenge previous police reports. The lawyer indicated that the new digital evidence could be crucial in investigating allegations involving Aditya Thackeray and other individuals.

Furthermore, Ojha raised concerns regarding the role of former police officers and the existing police system. He suggested that the investigation should involve separate interrogations of security personnel and individuals present at the scene to address contradictions in previous statements using CCTV footage and other evidence.
