Ânima seeks tuition increases following Einstein partnership

Executives from Ânima and its medical education arm, Inspirali, stated that a new partnership with Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein is expected to boost financial results starting in 2027. The collaboration aims to increase tuition fees, improve student profiles, and reduce student financing costs.

Management indicated that tuition adjustments of 10% to 15%, or potentially higher, are possible due to the perceived improvement in training quality. Under the agreement, Einstein will play an active role in Inspirali’s academic structure, appointing an academic director and participating in curricular decisions.

Following the announcement, Ânima shares fell approximately 9%. While Bradesco BBI viewed the deal as slightly positive for pricing power, it maintained a neutral recommendation, seeking more clarity on long-term financial benefits. Conversely, JPMorgan noted the potential for a positive contribution to EBITDA within the first year of the partnership.
