Nimble Evolution completes YSSY migration to Jira Service Management

Nimble Evolution has completed a strategic migration for the technology company YSSY, transitioning its operations from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management (JSM). The project was executed in approximately 20 days, divided into two 10-day phases, to avoid disrupting YSSY’s 24/7 Command Center operations.

The migration was prompted by the upcoming expiration of YSSY’s previous platform licensing. The company sought a more flexible solution that offers greater autonomy for its team. By implementing critical automations and reusable templates within JSM, the transition aimed to provide a no-code environment that allows for faster creation of flows, portals, and integrations compared to the previous system.
