Nimmy Ferrari's parents dispute ownership of late actress's home

A dispute has emerged between the parents of late Nollywood actress and content creator Nimmy Ferrari regarding the ownership of her newly completed home in Sagamu, Ogun State. The actress, aged 26, passed away following reported complications from fibroid surgery.

Nimmy’s mother has raised concerns alleging that the father’s family opposed her daughter’s burial at the residence and expressed interest in selling the property. She claimed the father did not contribute financially to the construction of the house.

In response, Nimmy’s father denied the allegations, stating he could not harm his child. He explained that Nimmy informed him she was undergoing surgery and noted that the surgery was estimated to cost ₦3.6 million. He also addressed the property dispute, stating that family elders had agreed to allocate land to her and that he had assisted in building the house. The disagreement continues as the family navigates the aftermath of her death and the legacy of her estate.
