Nimo Grupo strengthens GR Cup Spain 2026 lead at Jerez Circuit
Nimo Grupo has strengthened its leadership in the GR Cup Spain 2026 following a successful weekend at the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto in Andalusia.
During the Saturday race, driver Marco Aguilera secured a dominant victory. Starting from pole position, Aguilera maintained the lead throughout the race, managing high temperatures and tire wear in his Toyota GR86.
On Sunday, the competition presented a greater challenge due to technical regulations. Following his first-place finish, Aguilera was required to carry 30 kg of additional ballast, resulting in a fourth-place finish. The event also served as a corporate engagement milestone, with Nimo Grupo employees and their families attending the races in person.
