Nina Badrić announces summer performance hiatus and donates to wildfire victims

Croatian singer Nina Badrić has announced plans to take a complete break from summer performances starting next year, prioritizing personal peace and rest over professional engagements. After accepting only six concerts this season, she expressed a desire to spend summers more simply, similar to the late singer Oliver Dragojević.

Badrić recently performed at the Fortress of St. Michael in Šibenik and the Klis Fortress. Following her performance in Klis, she donated a portion of her fee to a family from the Omiš area who lost their home and possessions in a recent devastating fire.

In addition to her charitable gesture, the singer spoke out against the increasing frequency of wildfires, calling the intentional causing of such fires equivalent to terrorism and advocating for stricter legal penalties, including long-term imprisonment for perpetrators.
