Ninajirachi and Porter Robinson release collaborative single “WannaCry”

Australian electronic producer Ninajirachi and American artist Porter Robinson have released their first joint single, “WannaCry”. The track was premiered during Ninajirachi’s Coachella debut on 10 April 2026 and draws its concept from the 2017 WannaCry ransomware attack, presenting the malware’s perspective in a tender, melodic form. Issued through NLV Records, the collaboration follows Ninajirachi’s acclaimed debut album *I Love My Computer* and a series of ARIA‑Award wins, while Robinson is noted for a decade‑long influence on modern electronic music, including hits such as “Worlds”, “Shelter” and the recent album *SMILE!*.

The release highlights a shared fascination with digital culture and electronic pop, and is scheduled to support upcoming festival appearances for both artists, including Lollapalooza and Hinterland Music Festival.
