Nine companies in Overijssel declared bankrupt

Nine companies in the Overijssel region of the Netherlands have been declared bankrupt over the past week. The affected businesses span various sectors, including metalworking, construction, automotive services, and landscaping.

Inropa BV, a builder of sustainable tiny houses based in Hardenberg, filed for bankruptcy following changes in regulations and extended permit processes. The company, which employed four people, saw its downfall when two planned projects failed to materialize.

Other notable bankruptcies include the metalworking firm De Makers in Zwolle, which had 26 employees, and Somo Autoservice in Hengelo. Additionally, the companies Volt Viper BV and Volt Viper Electric in Haaksbergen have gone bankrupt following the owner's personal bankruptcy earlier this year. N. Ruiter, a paving and gardening company in Almelo, was also among those declared insolvent.
