Ninh Binh tourist attractions suspend services due to heavy rain

Several major tourist attractions in Ninh Binh province, Vietnam, have temporarily suspended services or adjusted sightseeing routes due to heavy rainfall and rising water levels.

The Ninh Binh Department of Tourism reported that various river, cave, and forest-based activities have been halted to ensure visitor safety. While the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex has not closed entirely, specific sightseeing routes—including those passing through Trinh Temple and Ngoc Mountain—have been suspended. Similarly, at the Thung Nham Ecotourism Site, visits to But Cave, Tien Ca Cave, and Vai Gioi Cave are currently unavailable.

Other notable disruptions include the suspension of overnight stays in the forests of Cuc Phuong National Park and the cessation of boat tours on Ky Lan Lake in Hoa Lu Ancient Town. In the Tam Coc-Bich Dong area, boat routes have been shortened to avoid flooded sections, and electric vehicle tours in Bich Dong have been paused. Authorities noted that operating statuses and ticket sales may change throughout the day as weather conditions and water levels fluctuate.
