Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc eliminated from Running Man Vietnam due to injury

In the seventh episode of Running Man Vietnam, cast member Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc was eliminated from the competition due to health concerns. Following a victory by the team consisting of Quang Tuan, Tran Thanh, Kha Nhu, Quang Trung, and Anh Tu Atus, the group was granted the privilege to eliminate one opponent.

Tran Thanh chose to eliminate Lan Ngoc to accommodate her physical condition. He explained that Lan Ngoc had suffered a sprained ankle earlier in the day, noting that choosing to eliminate a female participant was a more considerate way to allow her to rest rather than eliminating a male contestant. Lan Ngoc voluntarily accepted the elimination to prioritize her recovery.

The episode also featured various challenges, including a footwear battle and a balance-based competition on a wooden bridge, involving guests such as Kha Nhu, Captain Boy, and Vo Dien Gia Huy.
